Tom formed The Reiser Group in 1999 and now oversees Business Development at The Advantage Group. Tom has held leadership positions at some of the largest homebuilders in the region and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Real Estate from University of Colorado at Boulder.
Chris takes a pure grassroots approach to collecting and analyzing research for The Advantage Group’s Market Intelligence services. Working closely with sales and management teams, he provides the necessary information pertaining to market-related activity for all our market areas.
Karen’s range of experience includes warranty management, customer relations as well as construction, design center and sales and marketing operations. She understands the homebuilder’s perspective, ensuring our service meets the needs and objectives of every client.
Linda has managed all aspects of real estate operation programs as well as sales and marketing campaigns, from the earliest stages all the way through to successful closings with builders throughout the US and specifically throughout CA.
Margaret’s 25 years of experience in construction financing, project development, sales, and marketing management, and strategic planning for companies both large and small, has resulted in a thorough understanding of all aspects of the real estate industry.
