Chris loves being around people…but has been known to sneak off into the garage to tinker or plan his next hunting expedition.

Chris takes a pure grassroots approach to collecting and analyzing research for The Advantage Group’s Market Intelligence services. Working closely with sales and management teams, he provides the necessary information pertaining to market-related activity for all our market areas.
Karen is following in her grandfather’s footsteps, spending her free time exploring her passion for painting.

Margaret’s 25 years of experience in construction financing, project development, sales and marketing management, and strategic planning for companies both large and small, has resulted in a thorough understanding of all aspects of the real estate industry.
Lynelle was raised on a 100-acre farm where her family grew pecans, walnuts, and almonds. At 15, she designed and built the corral for her horses.
