Margaret Olmsted has spent over 25 years in the sales, finance and development of real estate in multiple markets throughout the United States. Margaret’s experience in construction financing, project development, sales and marketing management, and strategic planning for companies both large and small, has resulted in a thorough understanding of all aspects of the real estate industry. After many years of collaborating with the Advantage Group, in 2007 she officially joined our ranks as a Sales and Marketing manager working with builders and banks in several California markets.

Karen Jimenez joined the Advantage Group as Director of Sales Operations after almost 12 years working directly for one of the region’s most successful homebuilders. Her range of experience includes warranty management, construction operations, customer relations, design center operations and sales and marketing. Understanding the homebuilder’s perspective, she can better serve the needs and objectives of our clients.

Ryan Coates, joined the Advantage Group as an agent in 2013 after obtaining a BA in Business Finance from CSUS. He later went on to obtain his CA and NV broker’s licenses. Ryan’s diverse knowledge of the new home market and sales management support experience coupled with his excellent interpersonal skills ensure his clients maximum results. Ryan is also heavily involved in business development and is not afraid to think outside the box. Ryan’s expertise and enthusiasm have made him a true asset to our team.
