The largest real estate company in the United States has teamed up with Amazon to create Turnkey, a new homebuying program that simplifies the process of finding and settling into a new home. Realogy is trusted and known for their brands Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty. Turnkey will combine Amazon’s Home Services and smart home products and connect the buyer with one of Realogy’s trusted real estate agents.
PRNewsWire recently reported that “The Amazon Move-In Benefit will enable homebuyers to adapt the offering to their needs – from help assembling furniture, to assisting with smart home device set up, to a deep clean, and more.” Turnkey is currently being offered in 15 cities throughout the US, including San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago.
TurnKey is truly a beginning-to-end homebuying program that seeks to raise consumers’ expectations of what it means to buy a house and make it a home.
